下載/安裝資源時出現錯誤訊息，視窗為空白

我目前使用的是 Paratext 8。今天我嘗試在檔案選單中檢查「下載/安裝資源」（Download/Install Resources），結果收到以下錯誤訊息：我點擊「確定」後，「下載/安裝資源」視窗是空白的。我有連上網路，我的註冊也是有效的。直到今天為止都運作正常。我嘗試重新啟動，但情況沒有改變。 Clif+Olson

I'm trying to switch from Paratext 8 to Paratext 9. I have used our project's interlinearizer heavily in PT8 with no ... PT9 is not allowing me to edit the parses? Thank you!

Paratext Crash message

When we open PT-8, we get this message as in screen shot. I tried holding Shift and open. Re-installed the ... there. Please help us to clear this issue. Thank You anon237655

"The Upgrade for project BYZ Failed" Message

One system gets the message at every starting of Paratext. The message also says, access to path is denied. There is no ... is no BYZ project in the PT8 or PT7 project list.

For projects already uploaded via Send/Receive, why is there now a message that Paratext sent the entire project? ... (that the entire project got uploaded) helpful for users?
