Error message when registering user

Hello.
When you try to register a user in registry.paratext, you are displaying the following message:
An unexpected error happened. Please try again later.

Has been tested with different users and on different computers.

Yes. A team in Colombia has been able to create all the licenses they need.

anon689242 - there is an issue with the PT7 sever that is used to verify codes. Apparently this will be fixed by tomorrow (June 11, 2019)
