Transcelerator error message with 9.3

Question

Some of us are seeing this cryptic error message about Transcelerator when we start Paratext 9.3.102.1 (the release version, out since Thursday).

I discovered I could fix the error by installing the latest Transcelerator version, 3.1.4. (This version does work in 9.3. The page says “Paratext 9.2 only” but they mean not for 9.1 or earlier). You can also uninstall transcelerator by searching for it in the list of apps in Windows settings.
