How to find Biblical terms of all glossary entries?

I have tried to search for Biblical terms with glossary entries in Biblical Renderings Tool, but only one in all of the projects I'm working on shows up. I guess this suggests that "Unlink all renderings from glossary..." was run. Is there a way to find renderings with glossary definitions defined (e.g. a column to show)?

In the Terms Rendering tool or the Biblical Terms tool you can set the first filter to "Glossary Entries" to show the terms that have defined glossary entries on the Glossary tab of the rendering.

I am using that filter, but not all terms in the glossary show up (even in all books).

Have you used the Glossary tab when editing the renderings? of just added \w ...\w* markers in the text. The filter should show you terms where you have filled in the Glossary tab.

I don't know how they were added. There is a subset in the filtered list. I'd like to know which ones were manually added. I can't seem to get a list of the citation forms. I tried Write biblical terms localizations file..., but it didn't have citations or definitions, only some of the renderings/Gloss.

I'm not clear on what you are needing, but the citation forms should match the terms that are marked with \k ...\k* in the GLO book. When you click on the Glossary tab of a rendering you can click the drop down arrow to see this list as just the words. Here is a quick video: Working with Glossary entries

If there are terms in GLO ch.1 but they're not linked to the Biblical Terms, you can go into the Biblical Terms entry and click the Glossary tab that Phil mentioned. Then you can choose the term from the dropdown menu, which shows all the entries currently in the Glossary. That's how you relink them.

As a typesetter for the project I'm not able to drop down the Citation menu.

I see. Yes, to use the Citation form field you probably need either the Terms or Renderings permission. If the project's Admin would like you to work on that, they can give you those permissions in Project Menu > Project Settings > User Permissions > Other Permissions.
**The linking between Biblical Terms and the Glossary is one of PT's newer features, so some teams may not have used it before.

Maybe because I cannot edit the GLO book...?

I guess that does make sense. I think the Citation Form field does let you essentially create new GLO entries.
