Obligatory article before names in glossary

In the language we're working in, there's a (mostly) obligatory article before proper names, much like in Greek. I.e ... the first to face this. How have others solved this issue?

Why doesn't Paratext correctly sort my glossary after I edit one or more citation forms?

Paratext can only automatically sort glossary entries that are properly linked in the Biblical terms tool. Changing the ... have changed and are no longer being sorted correctly.
