Comme dit plus haut, je rencontre ce bug le plus souvent lors du collage depuis d'autres endroits (bien que je ne puisse pas confirmer que c'est le SEUL moment où cela se produit).
Une astuce que j'ai trouvée est de m'assurer que le texte collé est au format texte brut, et non au format HTML. C'est un peu délicat, car on ne peut pas toujours VOIR qu'il s'agit de HTML. (Si je lutte avec une note existante, je copie tout le contenu de la note, dans un programme externe, puis je le recolle dans la note.)
Je colle généralement le texte dans un programme comme Notepad++, puis je copie immédiatement le même texte exact depuis Notepad++ et je le colle dans PT. Lorsque vous copiez depuis Notepad++, seul l'information textuelle est placée dans le presse-papiers, et non l'information HTML.
En fait, je colle souvent simplement dans notre traduction de contrôle dans PT, puis je le copie d'ici et je le colle dans le drapeau (la traduction de contrôle fonctionne comme Notepad++, ne conservant que le texte et non la mise en forme HTML). Ensuite, je me souviens généralement de supprimer le texte temporaire de la traduction de contrôle. 
Like what's been said above, I run into this bug most often when pasting from other places (though I can't confirm that's the ONLY time it happens).
One trick I've found is to make sure the text being pasted in is in plain text format, not in HTML format. That's a little tricky, because you can't always SEE that it's html. (If I'm struggling with an existing note, I just copy all the content out of the note, into an external program, and then back into the note.)
I typically paste the text into a program like Notepad++, then immediately copy the exact same text out of Notepad++ and paste it into PT. When you copy out of Notepad++, it's only putting the text information in the clipboard, not any html information.
Actually, I often just paste it into our back translation in PT, then copy it out of there and paste it into the flag (the BT works like Notepad++, only retaining the text and not the html formatting). Then, I usually remember to delete the temporary text out of the BT.
