Sometimes people want to be able to filter notes for both unread and unresolved notes at the same time. This is NOW ... (for example: read / unresolved or unread / resolved).

Poll: Should adding a new comment to a Resolved note automatically make it Unresolved

Yes, if someone adds a comment to a note there is a very high probability it means they think it needs to be discussed ... make it unresolved they have a one click way to do that.
