When citing chapters and verses, use only a comma (,) to separate the chapter number from the verse number on header of the page.

Example: Mc 1,39 (Mark chapter 1 verse 39)

If you this is a Paratext project then you can find the ChapterVerse Separator setting and change it and ptxprint should obey that. Failing that, you can hack it by inserting:

```

<ChapterVerseSeparator>,</ChapterVerseSeparator>

```

in either Settings.xml or ptxSettings.xml in the main project directory that contains all the source files.
