  • Yes, if someone adds a comment to a note there is a very high probability it means they think it needs to be discussed more. Make sure this happens by making it Unresolved.

  • No, don’t assume you know what the person wants. If they want to make it unresolved they have a one click way to do that.

My biggest concern if one person adds a comment and a second person clicks resolve at the same time. I’m pretty sure that as it currently stands, after both parties do a send/receive the new comment is in the note, but the note is resolved. This is slightly a more restricted circumstance than the poll asks about, but it actually happens with some regularity in our project. “Yes” to the poll would solve this problem.
