Why are our choices for tag icons in Notes limited to the flag icon?

We want to add some note categories with unique tags. But the only icon available is the flag: We used to have ... ...but those options have disappeared. Can anyone explain why?

Why can't I choose "Font Features" under Project Settings/Language Settings/Font Features?

I am testing the new release of Scheherazade, Lateef, and Harmattan. The Type Tuned versions of these fonts work fine ... there some other setting I need to change to enable this?

An RTL project numbers the main points of the outline in the book intro. Some books have subpoints marked with \io2, so ... \io1 be invalid? USFM 3.0 makes no comment about this.
