प्रोजेक्ट समन्वयक (मैं) इंटरनेट-आधारित प्रोजेक्ट के लिए Send/Receive कर पाते हैं। पिछले एक महीने से सहायक अनुवादक को उसी इंटरनेट-आधारित प्रोजेक्ट के लिए Send/Receive करने में समस्या आ रही है। जब वह Send/Receive चलाते हैं, तो यह प्रोसेसिंग दिखाता है, लेकिन कभी पूरा नहीं होता। मुझे कंप्यूटर बंद करके या Task Manager का उपयोग करके इसे बंद करना पड़ता है। जब मैं Advanced->Diagnostics->Verify project repositories... चलाता हूँ, तो मुझे इस प्रश्न के अंत में कॉपी की गई ERROR मिलती है। ऐसा लगता है कि "Verify project repositories..." कमांड समस्या को ठीक कर देगा, क्योंकि यदि मैं "Verify project repositories..." दूसरी बार चलाता हूँ, तो कोई त्रुटि नहीं दिखाई देती। हालाँकि, एक बार जब मैं सहायक अनुवादक के PC से Send/Receive चलाता हूँ, तो मुझे फिर से Verify project repositories त्रुटि मिलती है। मैंने ParatextForceShutdown कमांड चलाया यह देखने के लिए कि Send/Receive को लटकने (hang) का कारण क्या हो सकता है। मुझे डायलॉग बॉक्स का उत्तर मिला, "Report was sent successfully, Your issue number is PTXS-40356"। क्या मुझे सहायक अनुवादक के PC पर Paratext को अनइंस्टॉल और फिर से इंस्टॉल करने की आवश्यकता है? मैं कैसे सुनिश्चित कर सकता हूँ कि अनइंस्टॉल और फिर से इंस्टॉल करने पर उसके पिछले महीने के परिवर्तन हराए नहीं जाएँ?
