In Styles, I cannot seem to have both bold and smallcaps work on the same text.
I want the Name of Deity text (\nd) to be bold and in smallcaps. But selecting bold seems to turn off smallcaps in the output, even though both appear selected in the dialog.

Project fails to open - exception error - character characterizer
