This is mentioned in English, but it seems it would be true in other languages, too.
Lord refers to Adonay in Hebrew; LORD refers to Yahweh in Hebrew when done in the NIV.
Yahweh is rendered in the text as \nd Lord\nd* It shows in the text either with those markers or with the markup that differentiates it.
Now, move over to Biblical Terms. A search for Yahweh shows this text as "Lord" and there are no \nd markers. A person taking a cue from those visual markers (seeing \nd or seeing LORD) is NOT helped.by this. How can I have, for example, the NIV as a comparative text and see visually "LORD" instead of "Lord" or "\nd Lord\nd* instead of Lord?

Sorry, but there is no way to get what you want. The LORD capitalization is done via styling (i.e. Small-caps) from the \nd markers. Styling is not shown in the Biblical Terms tool.

That being said, it would be helpful to have an concrete example of what is causing confusion so we can review it.

The team is not clear on this topic (using the right local word for the name of the Lord/lord/LORD in context), and I just wish it were clearer in the Biblical Terms tool.
Thanks for your quick answer.

I have just found that the resources KJV, engojps, and BSB (at least) don't use \nd. They just capitalize: LORD.
It is a workaround.

I gave a workaround using texts that literally type "LORD" for a closer representation, but is there a plan for PT9 or PT10 to have the style sheet play into the display of texts and comparative texts in Biblical Terms?
I'm fairly certain there are no plans to change PT9. I don't know about PT10.
