Paratext очень медленный в Windows 11 на Mac M1

Paratext 9 acts more important than Windows

With Paratext 9 open, my Windows shortcuts no longer work (i.e., Ctrl-Alt-A opens or makes active WinAmp). Also, my ... not pop up. PT8 did not do these things. Please resolve.

User is always asked about opening new project in windows after send\receive

One of our users is always asked if she wants to open new projects in new windows after she does a send\ ... the same projects again after the next time she restarted Paratext.
