Olá, não tenho certeza se este é o lugar certo para pedir ajuda, mas aqui vai 
Sou o responsável por informática da SIL para o Ramo do México e não consegui ajudar Hilario a fazer o Send/Receive do projeto NGU, mesmo após cerca de uma hora de solução de problemas. Conectei-me com Hilario através do Bomgar, removi alguns PUPs com o Malwarebytes e tentei fazer um Send/Receive com o Paratext 8.0 várias vezes, e o processo congela depois de parecer carregar a barra verde até 1/4 do caminho.
Então, baixei o Paratext 9, tentei fazer o Send/Receive a partir dele e ele também congelou. O Paratext 8 estava atualizado, assim como o 9, já que eu o havia baixado usando o instalador online. Não notei outros problemas com o Paratext, mas obviamente a função Send/Receive é central para que Hilario consiga trabalhar remotamente.
Também, quando digo congelado, não quero dizer que o Paratext congela, apenas que a barra de Send/Receive enche até 1/4 do caminho e então nada acontece por muitos minutos, até que eu saia e tente novamente. Recomendei a Hilario que tentássemos novamente com um USB quando eu lhe entregar um, mas por enquanto a única opção que temos é tentar via servidor da internet. O erro que aparece quando eu clico em cancelar é o erro normal, dizendo apenas que o processo não foi concluído. Alguma ideia do que poderia estar impedindo o envio?
Minha única suposição foi de velocidades de upload ruins, mas meu serviço remoto Bomgar estava funcionando perfeitamente. Tentei executar alguns testes de velocidade, mas obtive resultados muito diferentes cada vez. Existe uma largura de banda mínima necessária para fazer um send/receive?

Hello, not sure if this is the place to ask for help, but here goes I’m an SIL computer guy for Mexico Branch and I was unable to help Hilario Send/Receive the NGU project even after an hour or so of troubleshooting. I connected with Hilario through Bomgar, eliminated some PUPs with Malwarebytes and tried to do a Send/Receive with Paratext 8.0 several times and the process freezes after seeming to load the green bar 1/4 of the way
I then downloaded Paratext 9, tried to Send/Receive from there and it also froze. Paratext 8 was up to date, as was 9 since I had just downloaded it using the online installer. I didn’t notice other problems with Paratext but obviously the Send/Receive function is central to Hilario being able to work remotely.
Also when I say frozen I don’t mean Paratext freezes, just that the Send/Receive bar fills up 1/4 of the way and then nothing happens for many minutes until I exit out and try again. I recommended to Hilario that we try again with a USB when I get one to him but for right now the only option we have is to try via the internet server. The error that pops up when I click cancel is the normal error just saying the process wasn’t completed. Any ideas what could be stopping the ability to send?
My only guess was bad upload speeds, but my Bomgar remote service was working just fine. I did try to run a few speed tests but got wildly different results each time. Is there a minimum bandwidth needed to do a send/receive?
