Our team needs access to a second-language Paratext project as Observers because our translation is based on its consultant-checked books. The project admin correctly added all five team members as Observers—names appear in User Permissions and, for the three affected members, their names also appear in registry.paratext.org. However, for three of the members, the project does not appear in their Menu > Send/Receive Projects list. For the other two team members, everything works fine. The admin has removed and re-added the affected users multiple times, but the issue persists. Local IT specialists have been unable to resolve it. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a similar issue, that my Tee project does not show up in my send/receive, when I am the administrator of the project "Tee". But in my user menu, it still ask who can do the send/receive, which is not case for my other projects where I am a adminstrator:

I need the name of the project to be able to check what is happening on the send/receive server.

One option would be to send in a problem report by using Give feedback on the Help menu - the report will contain the project details as long as you say the problem is project related.
