Our team needs access to a second-language Paratext project as Observers because our translation is based on its consultant-checked books. The project admin correctly added all five team members as Observers—names appear in User Permissions and, for the three affected members, their names also appear in registry.paratext.org. However, for three of the members, the project does not appear in their Menu > Send/Receive Projects list. For the other two team members, everything works fine. The admin has removed and re-added the affected users multiple times, but the issue persists. Local IT specialists have been unable to resolve it. Any help would be much appreciated.

I need the name of the project to be able to check what is happening on the send/receive server.

One option would be to send in a problem report by using Give feedback on the Help menu - the report will contain the project details as long as you say the problem is project related.

The project of the team is FODOTNT and the project they have been added to but is not appearing in Send/Receive is kdhDBL.
Thanks for your help.
I'm not sure why, but the local ProjectUserAccess.xml file was out of date with the list of Observers shown in the registry and the S/R metadata. I asked server support to investigate. He removed the one user from the project that was showing as an Observer on the registry, but as removed from the project in the file. He then added him back, so the file and servers are now in sync.
Have the Observers try again to get the project. If they can't get the project, have them send a problem report - a report will give us more details about what is happening during S/R.
OK, thanks. I checked for two of the observers, and they still don't have kdhDBL in the list when they do a send/receive. For one, I went into his registry and kdbDBL is now there. But not when he does a Send/Receive. I'll have them send a problem report as you suggested. Thanks.
