Paratext won't open after update 8.0.100.69 (Can't load ICU library)
There are at least three users who can't open Paratext after updating to 8.0.100.69. The error message says that ... , I will see if downgrading to the previous version will work.

Paratext 8 USFM version
I see that Paratext 8.0.100.1 comes with USFM v. 2.502. According to http://ubsicap.github.io/usfm/ it looks as if 3. ... version. Why is that version not used for PT 8.0.100.1?
