Paratext Lite : Écran blanc, impossible de démarrer

Je viens de recevoir un e-mail d'une équipe qui signale que Paratext Lite affiche brièvement un écran blanc et ne se lance pas. Cela se produit après plusieurs redémarrages.
L'équipe indique que tout fonctionnait bien avant aujourd'hui, mais que ce n'est plus le cas aujourd'hui (31 août 2022).
Avez-vous des idées ? Je n'ai jamais vraiment utilisé Paratext Lite, encore moins tenté de résoudre un problème.

Try updating “Android System WebView” from the play store.

1. On Android device open “Play Store” app.
2. Search for “Android System WebView”. (Note ignore any matches with the words “Dev” or “Beta” in them)
3. Update (or install) this app.
   4 Start Paratext Lite again.

I’m guessing that the cause of this is:

1. An older version of Android is being used.
2. Paratext Lite on the device recently updated to a newer version.

relaying what the team said: The update is taking a long time, and that may be a bandwidth issue on the far end. So they cancelled the update and are going to work outside of Paratext for now as they have limited time with their more remote team members. I’ve suggested that they kick off the update near the end of the work period and let it run it’s course. I’m still waiting on tablet specs.
