At our workshop in remote Papua New Guinea, we are trying to get Paratext Lite send/receive to work, and it fails no matter which method of send/receive we use. I’m not sure if this is a bandwidth problem, or something else. We have “Allow Internet usage” enabled in the advanced options. We’re trying to just send/receive one project at a time. Any ideas?

It’s hard to tell without having access to a log.

Using Main Menu -> “Submit feedback” allows us to see the log.

If you want to have a look at the log your self directly:
Put Paratext Lite into Debug mode:

  1. Main Menu -> About
  2. Hit the About box 7 times.
  3. Main Menu -> Debug -> View Trace Log.
    (and you have to scroll to the bottom to see the most recent info)
    Looking for and exception message or stack trace might show what’s going on…

Hi Ben,
I did have troubles too last week with send/receive even in Ukarumpa I updated to the latest version 9.0.8.22. After the update, I was able to send/receive again. I don`t know of this is the case for you.
