Lors de sa tentative d'inscription à Paratext, mon collègue a reçu un message l'informant qu'il devait fournir son numéro d'inscription Paratext 7. Ce collègue utilisait en fait Paratext 7 en tant que personne en charge du support technique, mais comme son rôle au sein de l'organisation a changé, il ne s'était pas inscrit/migré vers Paratext 8 ou une version ultérieure.
Nous avons pu trouver son numéro d'inscription P7 dans l'e-mail qu'il avait reçu lors de son inscription à P7, mais le système ne l'accepte pas.
Pouvez-vous s'il vous plaît m'aider à inscrire cet utilisateur à P9 ?
While trying to register for Paratext my colleague got a message that he has to provide his Paratext 7 registration number. This colleague was in fact using Paratext 7 as a tech support person, but as his role changed within the organization he hadn’t registered/migrated to Paratext 8 or above.
We were able to find his P7 registration number from the email he received while registering for P7, however the system is not accepting the same.
Could someone please help me register this user for P9?
