I have a user does not know his registration code, so I want him to generate a new one. To do this, he needs to log in to the registry.

However, the user has 2 emails in the registry, and he only knows the password for email #2. When he tries to log in to the registry, the registry website automatically demands that he use email #1. It will not allow him to log in with email #2.

When I go onto my registry site (as a supporter), I can see both emails, and they each have a checkmark to their right. I would like a way to delete email #1 so that the user can log in with email #2.

Any ideas on how to move forward? Thanks!

Depending on your role in the registry you can impersonate the user. This would allow you to make changes to there registration information or request a new code. You should see this option if you are looking at the registry (Users tab) and see the word Edit to the right of their name. When you click on the triangle to the right of Edit you should have an option to impersonate.
If you don't see this option, you should contact a registry administrator for your organization.

Thank you very much! I do not have an "adminstrator" role, but I do have a role of "Membership Approver" on the registry. I found that I could simply click on the dropdown arrow next to "View" and select the option to "Generate Code"! That is much easier than I thought it would be.

Thanks again!
