我正在顧問筆記專案中撰寫筆記，並使用「Multi」功能將其中一些複製到實際專案中。我有三個問題：

  • 可以關閉「Only first comment in note will be added…」這個提醒嗎？
  • 可以將最近用於分享的專案保留在清單中嗎？
  • 可以設定讓 Paratext 不要在複製的筆記中加入專案（即「[Projects: XYZ1, ZYX2]」）資訊嗎？

有人能幫忙嗎？或者指出這些問題曾在哪些帖子中被回答過？非常感謝！

問題一：這無法自訂，您必須對使用 multi-tool 開啟的每則筆記點擊「是」或「否」。
問題二：如果您為一組專案命名並儲存該群組，幾乎可以做到這一點。然後您可以直接從清單中選擇該群組。這能節省一些時間，但不如 Paratext 記住您上次使用的群組並將其設為預設值那樣方便。

問題三：如果您指的是當與許多專案分享筆記時，標題列可能變得擁擠的情況，那麼據我所知，這也不是使用者可自訂的。如果這是您需要的功能，您應該提出功能請求。如果這與保密需求有關，請務必在功能請求中提到這一點。如果 multi-tool 至少只在標題列上放置短名稱，那就更好了。
