Does anyone have a SpellingStatus.xml file for English they would be willing to share? Alternately, does anyone know of a good English wordlist which I could use as a basis for such a file?

You can try adapting Hunspell dictionaries. They are open source spelling dictionaries for several varieties of English. https://sourceforge.net/projects/hunspell/files/

Thank you. That was exactly what I needed.

So – mnjames – do you now have a SpellingStatus.xml file for English which you’d be willing to share? It’d be nice to be able to spellcheck our back translation.

This was made from one of the hunspell dictionaries. Now that it’s 4 months later I don’t remember which one I used (and I think it might have been from a different source than the one above).

I’ll link to a Google Drive download so as to not spam everyone’s email with an attachment. I’ll likely delete the Drive file after a few months.
