PT 9.5 is reporting errors we haven't seen before with the glottal stop which is written in this project as [  ˊ ]. The glottal only occurs before [ y] or [ w] so in the language settings it isn't entered separetly as a character but only as multigraphs with w and y. However, in the characters inventory (show combinations activated) it appears as an individual character and can't be searched for as a combination (as other multigraphs such as ng, dj can be). When Basic checks are run the team now get error messages such as
REV 7:2 Invalid or unknown character combination: ||aˊ||

This is accurate in so far as [aˊ ] is invalid, However the full context is [ kaˊwɨ̃bha], i.e. the glottal is in combination with the following [ w], which is a valid combination. Why is PT sometimes recognising the glottal as an individual character (98 times, always, I think after a space and with w/y following) when it is not in the language settings as an independant character? Why, when it appears word-medial, does it report an error trying to associate it with the preceding letter but not give anoption to validate it as a multigraph with the  following letter? I don't recall getting these error messages before PT 9.5, though I think the problem with the inventory only seeing the glottal as an individual character and not giving the possibility to validate it as a multigraph already existed.
Thanks for any clarification.

For some reason, these two resources require Paratext version 9.5. You can select and download them in earlier versions but they ... Paratext 9.5. In Paratext 9.5 they open fine.
