Hi, Are there any resources available in Paratext designed for translating for Catholic audiences. Things to avoid, problem verses etc etc

If you have trouble finding sufficient resources, another option might be to get in touch with someone at UBS in the Global Bible Translation department, or review issues of The Bible Translator journal. Many UBS translations are interconfessional for any mixture of Protestant, Catholic and Orthodox audiences, or just one of those audiences. I have no doubt there has been knowledge shared on the topic and there may be publicly available resources which someone could direct you towards. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a Global Translation Adviser or two whose expertise specifically relates to translation for different confessions. I may be able to help put you in touch with someone if you need a point of contact.

I’m not aware of any resources in Paratext that are designed specifically with translation for a Catholic audience in view. Doing a Google search on “translating the bible for catholic church use” brings up some suggestions
