Using PrintDraft takes an extremely long time on my machine-over 4 minutes. About 3 minutes of that time PT shows Gathering Font ... the default? If so, I'll report it as a bug.

I deleted the user's folder under the PT9 Proj folder, but it still opens as registered to the old user. How do I ... installed. I do not yet have the new user's registration info.

User has a project where we cannot add or remove any user. It complains about problems with the server connection. ... the advanced: Verify Project Repositories no issues found.
In Download/install resources, resources which have been recently updated (downloaded and installed) via this tool still show as ... that the flag doesn't go away after updating.
