How do I print the intro to a book?
I don’t seem to be able to print the introduction. Just the chapters. I tried starting from chapter 0, but that didn’t seem to work.

Be aware there is a difference in how your saved layouts appear in the layout menu. In 9.3 and earlier, your saved ... is blank, open "My Saved layouts" to find your layouts.
