In the capitalization check, it is telling me “Text of marker/style does not begin with a capital: ft”. Here is the footnote text in question:

\f + \fr 26.15 \ft Kitamne tee ta \+xt Oomiti min Masir 21.22\+xt* beneyye gee ga gimu…

You can see that there is an embedded cross reference, but in the capitalization check it assumes that the text after that cross reference starts out a new \ft and so it gives me a capitalization error, that the \ft doesn’t start with a capital letter, i.e. at beneyye. (This problem seems apply after other embedded text like \\+nd ...\\+nd* as well, and you certainly should be able to allow a lowercase letter after that, e.g. “The expression \+nd Lord \+nd* is used…”)

There are some Options in the “Markers missing final punctuation inventory”, like “Markers Skipped During Processing”. But there is no Options button in the “Markers followed by lowercase letter inventory”. Maybe some options should be added? Like “Ignore embedded markers” or even “Markers Skipped During Processing”.
