Is it possible to change shortcut keys and/or modifiers? 

Hypothetically:
Ctrl + AltGr + Š (Štampaj...)
for
Ctrl + P (Print [current chapter or book], Print Wordlist, Print the Biblical Terms list)

As far as I know, it is not possible to localize or modify the shortcuts.
