Transliterating from roman script to the traditional script works well. But the lemma in \w...\w* is not transliterated, even though the keyword in the GLO file is. How do I flag the lemma as needing transliteration? Or do I need to transliterate these words externally to Paratext? Surely links to the glossary will fail in SAB if the lemma does not match the keyword?

I checked the Paratext code and the it looks like the lemma for \w surface form|lemma\w* should be transliterated, so I'm not sure why it is a problem for your project.

I have seen that Paratext will not transliterate the lemma if the \w is embedded in another marker.

<\tl \+w efoodi|efood\+w*\tl*>   -> failure to transliterate after |

but another marker can be embedded in the \w and it will transliterate

<\w \+tl efoodi\+tl*|efood\w*>.     -> transliterates OK
