Supprimer la ligne vide avant l'en-tête de section \s1 en haut de colonne

Y a-t-il un moyen de supprimer la ligne vide avant l'en-tête de section lorsque celui-ci se trouve en haut d'une colonne ? J'ai défini l'espacement avant et après sur 0.

Déplacer les numéros de chapitre au-dessus du titre de section

Le \c ## apparaît avant le \s xxxx dans le SFM, mais PTXprint place le numéro de chapitre en plus grand et aligné avec le ... (au lieu de 1,5), mais cela n'a eu aucun effet.
