Hay alguna forma de eliminar la línea en blanco antes del encabezado de sección cuando el encabezado está en la parte ... el espacio antes y el espacio después configurados en 0.

Mover los números de capítulo sobre el encabezado de sección

El \c ## aparece antes del \s xxxx en el SFM, pero PTXprint coloca el número de capítulo más grande y en línea con el primer ... C Style" a 1.0 (de 1.5), pero no tuvo efecto.

I was running the Basic checks in our project, and in each \mt heading that had a footnote, the Basic Checks gave ... and pass the checks? Are \fk not meant for headings? Thanks
