Any suggestions for how to resolve this issue?

I am having problems with my backtranslation file which I rarely use not carrying over to Paratext 9 in my new computer. It is not even listed in Paratext 9 but no problems using or doing a send receive in Paratext 8.

Thanks,

I honestly don’t see how that would be possible. I would have him send in a problem report so we can take a closer look.

Are these on the same computer? or is he seeing the issue on two different computers? Are both computers registered the same? Is PT 9.2 updated to the latest version? There was a problem with one version where if you didn’t have the base project then the dependent back translation would not work correctly, but that should not be a problem with the current version (9.2.102.14)
