Transfert des rendus de la liste des Termes bibliques clés du NT vers les Termes bibliques majeurs

Question

Nous avons un utilisateur qui a un certain nombre de rendus associés à la liste des Termes bibliques clés du NT (NT Key Biblical Terms). Il aimerait commencer à utiliser la liste des Termes bibliques majeurs (Major Biblical Terms). Ces listes ne sont pas automatiquement liées, car la liste du NT est basée sur des termes anglais, tandis que la liste majeure est basée sur des termes grecs/hébreux.

Je ne connais pas de moyen de transférer les données, à part de copier manuellement les rendus d'une liste à l'autre. Quelqu'un a-t-il une meilleure méthode ?

Je ne connais pas non plus de moyen d'avoir deux fenêtres Termes bibliques (Biblical Terms) ouvertes en même temps (pour la copie), du moins dans la même instance de Paratext. Y a-t-il une astuce pour cela, ou faut-il faire fonctionner deux instances différentes de Paratext (par exemple, Paratext 9.1 et 8.0, ou Paratext 9.1 et 9.2 Beta) ?

Enfin, existe-t-il un moyen de filtrer la liste des Termes bibliques pour n'afficher que les termes AVEC des rendus ? Je sais que nous pourrions trier par la colonne Rendus (Renderings), mais cela changerait l'ordre des termes eux-mêmes. Je pense qu'il serait utile d'avoir les termes dans l'ordre alphabétique pour ce processus.

Le problème avec la copie vers la liste des Termes bibliques du projet (Project Biblical Terms) est qu'il faudrait copier à la fois depuis l'ancienne liste du NT et depuis la nouvelle liste majeure… ce serait difficile à « nettoyer » par la suite.

When I need to copy terms from one list to another, I open one list in the Biblical Terms Tool and the other list in the Biblical Terms Equivalents window (over in the main Paratext window). It is not perfect, but then both can be open at one time and you can copy and edit in either place.

Thank you @anon905537. Do you mean the Biblical Terms Renderings window? At first I thought that wouldn’t work, because I didn’t see a filter box to put a search term in. But then I found out you can create a new filter in the filter drop-down list.

Yep, that is the window I meant (sorry, using our French terminology). Don’t forget that you can change the KTs list in the menu at the top of that window.

I am not sure why you need to clean up. The project list can happily have both, and we are only talking about a few hundred terms so it isn’t going to slow Paratext down too much. That way you can have the best of both approaches the thematic and the specific Greek word. As I look at the NT Keyterms list I can see that many Greek words have been split into senses, so just using the Greek word you could end up with several renderings mixed in together.
Copying and pasting from different windows seems a pain to me. I would rather copy and paste from the same window and then if necessary just click the star to remove it.
Or have I misunderstood what you mean?

Since you can’t have two different lists open at the same time, the way you do it is to add whatever terms you want (from both lists) to the Project list. You can either click the star [SHIFT click for multiple] or from the Menu > Tools > Copy all terms to …

Adding terms
I just tested it and confirmed that the menu command copies ALL the 8663 Major Biblical terms (not just the 2035 NT terms or whatever is filtered). So I prefer to click the star. [To do all, select the terms then SHIFT click the last star]. We have found that Paratext slows down if you have lots of terms so there is no point adding the Hebrew terms if you are just doing a NT.

Filter the Biblical Terms
To filter for the Biblical Terms with renderings, I would use a regex: filter on the language. It looks like just the code “regex:” without an actual regex finds everything. You can also save the filter for the user if regex seems too scary for them.

Avez-vous essayé l'outil Estimation des rendus (Guess Renderings) ? Il devrait les remplir assez bien partout où il y a du texte.
