Hello, I’m using Paratext 9 in Windows 10 (run by Parallels Desktop 16). I’m using a Keyman keyboard (Pan African Positional (SIL) to input the text in the project window. But any time I click away from the project window, it goes back to the default English keyboard. When I go to “Keyboard” in Project Settings, the Keyman keyboard is not listed as an option. I also can not find it in the Windows language settings. Any help would be appreciated!

Your screenshot does not show what options you have in the Keyboard selection dialog. What options do you have when you click the dropdown arrow to the right of “Do not switch keyboard”?

Interestingly when I checked it just now, the Keyman keyboard is now available as an option in the dropdown menu. The problem seems to be fixed now. Thank you!

Hi anon055151 Mark, it might be better to ask your question on the Keyman community site. I am not sure why your keyboard is associated with English, maybe that’s the default since the keyboard does support English! But, maybe you should try to associate the keyboard with another language and see if that helps. Keyman / Configuration / Add Language.
