Last week I discovered Paratext is smarter than I realized. Someone asked if there was a way to switch keyboards when interlinearizing, and I discovered Paratext is already able to do this.
You can specify the keyboard a project uses in the project settings dialog.

It turns out, when you start the interlinearizer, and specify a model text or a destination text for your glosses, that Paratext will use the assigned keyboard from the destination text or model text when you are glossing, rather than the keyboard of the project you are interlinearizing.
It will also apply autocorrect rules from the glossing language project, if you are using autocorrect to type a special script.
