Hi,
I have been trying to add Users to my Project but I keep getting error message" Internet Sever Failed" and another error massage that reads" Registration Name not found"

I checked everything on the local machine and it is all good. I might not be doing something right?

Anyone help?

Hi anon898236,

I’m not sure why that would be if the machine is connected to the Internet.

However, you can add users to the project right in the registry online. Try that.

Go to the registered project, Members tab, Add user button at the bottom.

Hi Dough,
Thanks for tip, the add user user button is not visible on the registered project.

I’m actually trying to help a translator who is the Admin for the project. He would like to add me to the project but still getting the error message. Refer to the screenshot of the error.

I also tried to go to the Project Registry but I cannot see the Add User button at the bottom as you mentioned above.

You’re almost there, Zac. Click on edit to edit the project, then on the Members tab.

Thank you so much, I’m able to add users now.

I also have another issue. I try to do send/receive to a flash drive but the option to do that is not active(greyed out).

I can do send/receive to the internet without any problem.

I’m using Wasta Linux.

Gude anon898236,
I’m not sure if my answer here is the latest best practice, but I do remember experiencing this same problem a few years ago. My workaround solution was to select the Network Shared Folder option, and then click Browse to find the USB drive on my own local machine.
In Him,
Ben
