A very old reason for a problem like this is if the \id lines (the first line at the top of each book) have been edited and no longer match the information in Project properties. An id line for Matthew, for example should look like this:

\id MAT – Full name of project

Teams sometimes change MAT from the paratext code for Matthew to their own language name, like Matiyu. And they sometime change the project name also. Changing the book code causes the biggest problems. All the \id lines should be identical except for the book code matching Paratext’s code.

As a follow-up report, the problem was sorted out. A stray \id line in JAS 5:0 caused the problem. Removing it solved the problem. Making sure all the \id lines are in the proper location and format, and that they are identical except for the book code continues to be key for allowing the Biblical Terms tool to see all references. And the project name should match the full name found in the Project Properties.

Thanks, Shegnada for your timely help. Many more Blessing. . . .

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
