What do you mean by “multiple screens”? Do you mean moving Paratext to another screen? Moving a Paratext 9 window to another monitor? How to add a monitor to your computer so you can have Paratext on another monitor?

The term “multiple screens” is a wrong term I used. What I want is how group resources in one window, say the ESV, NIV, NLTin Paratext. I will be glad if you could help me.

It sounds like you are wanting to open a Text Collection window. To do that, click File > Open Project/Resource in Text collection. This will allow you to select the resources that you would like to appear in that window.
