Paratext Crash message

Question

When we open PT-8, we get this message as in screen shot.
I tried holding Shift and open.
Re-installed the whole new PT-8

Still the problem is there.

Please help us to clear this issue.

Some unexpected error must be occurring as the settings are being created - since this message is only shown when the settings are deleted.

Send this file to [Email Removed] so we can do further investigation:

C:\Users{userName}\AppData\Local\Paratext80\ParatextLog.log

Dear John+Wickberg,
This issue is still occurring even though we tried changing the user. Admin user also gives the same dialog box.
