PT9 scroll with TW and BART

Question

Paratext 8 had an option under Tools: Scroll Scripture with any compatible applications. I cannot find a similar option in PT9.0.62.1 nor can I get it to scroll with BART and only partly with TW. Is there a way to make PT9 scroll with these programs?

In PT 9 the option to scroll is found under the Main menu > Paratext > Paratext Settings (this is the same menu where you change the language and choose other settings for Paratext.

Thanks. I found it way down at the bottom. I wonder why this is not set as the default, and it would be nice if it was easier to find.
