When the translator types in his translation, the line is fully used. However, when I make or resolve notes, some words swap to the next line, and the rest of the line remains white. If I try to delete the white space, nothing happens. The text looks quite messy this way.
What can I do to use the lines fully again?

That’s caused by the spell checking (Checking > Display Spelling). There is an issue when there are a lot of spelling errors in the text, it causes the text to wrap strangely. Basically, if there is a bunch of misspelled words with no correctly-spelled words in between, the words will not break on the spaces.

The easiest way to fix the problem is to correct the spelling of the words or turn off spell checking.

Could you paste a screenshot of the problem? I’m having trouble understanding what you’re talking about from your description.

I don’t know how to do this, which button combination to press.
The text looks
like this that it starts a new line without
recognizable motivation anywhere, and I can’t use
the
rest of the line. Can’t delete the blank space.
I have Paratext version 8… 56, Windows 10 current updates.
It is the translation window, standard view.

You can use the Windows snipping tool to capture the image of the lines in Paratext with a problem.

Search for “snip” in the Windows start menu.

I did the snip.
