Missing repository error message

Question

Are there other things that can be tried in order to solve the Missing Repository problem besides what is in the Helps? I have 4 projects migrated to Paratext 8.0 and 3 of them work fine with send/receive but one of them started getting the Missing Repository message and won’t send/receive anymore. What else is there to try if the directory is there?

Send in a problem report using Help > Report a Problem.

This will include a log file that will allow us to see what’s happening.

I looked at the code that displays this message and I’m not sure myself
what would cause it. I think an unexpected error is causing the wrong
message to display.

Did you find the cause of this problem? I am asking because one translator wrote me saying that his Paratext gives the same error message with (unknown) when he tries to do a S/R. I asked him to send an error report. His Paratext name is Charicha ABC.
Since I am not with the team, I am not sure how to help them. The Help section only talks about when a path name is given.
