When drafting, I'm getting a "Duplicate gloss found" error:

But I only have one gloss "INSTR2":

Does this have something to do with the allomorphs? What might I do to fix it?

More on this--If I look at the SPEC clitic in the target lg:

Now, if I use the "try a word" in the parser, I only get one result for this word:

But this word will not synthesize in the Live Rules Tester, even though the Target Text is correct:

I don't understand what is going on here and how to troubleshoot it.

The challenge is that INSTR2 (and SPEC)  are marked as both an enclitic and as a suffix.  This results in two "entries" in the HC output.  If they are just marked as enclitic or just as a suffix, then the duplication will not happen.  For INSTR2, it looks to me like there is no need for the affix process rule.  I think he could just use the stem allomorph and add a "/ x _" environment to handle the case described by the affix process rule.  Similarly for SPEC: try replacing the affix process rules with regular stem allomorphs using the needed environment.
