In Styles, I cannot seem to have both bold and smallcaps work on the same text.

I want the Name of Deity text (\nd)  to be bold and in smallcaps. But selecting bold seems to turn off smallcaps in the output, even though both appear selected in the dialog.

Hmm - it works for me to set \nd as bold and small cap. Make sure you have the latest version of PTXPrint. You might try to set the font for \nd as Bold. This might also depend on what font you are applying to the text. Charis should be able to bold and small cap the style.

Thanks Phil. The problem went away when I switched the font from Charis SIL to Charis.
