In Styles, I cannot seem to have both bold and smallcaps work on the same text.
I want the Name of Deity text (\nd) to be bold and in smallcaps. But selecting bold seems to turn off smallcaps in the output, even though both appear selected in the dialog.

How can I change the chapter–verse separator in PTXprint from a period (.) to a comma (,), so that, for example, “Mc 2,3
When citing chapters and verses, use only a comma (,) to separate the chapter number from the verse number on header of the page. Example: Mc 1,39 (Mark chapter 1 verse 39)
