My co-worker's phone with Paratext Lite was stolen. It is unlikely that someone would try to make changes and send that. However, in case they do, is there a way to block Send/Receive from that device?

You can do what we have often recommended if someone's computer is stolen. If you log in to registry.paratext.org, you can click the "registration" link from your name at top right, and click the button to generate a new code. This will make the previous code invalid, and Paratext Lite (or Paratext on a  stolen computer) will not send/receive because the old user code is invalid.
