I have created an auxiliary project for a new MTT to work in. As part of his training, I want him to check the first draft of text translated by other MTTs. I have copied the text of a few MTT-translated chapters from the main project to the auxiliary project. One thing I am asking the new MTT to do is make spelling corrections. So I want the auxiliary text to display spelling errors. I thought maybe the auxiliary project would use the wordlist of its parent project. But it does not. It marks as misspelled many words that are correctly spelled. So obviously the auxiliary project did not inherit the wordlist. That makes sense, as auxiliary projects are often used for other purposes.

There was no SpellingStatus.xml file in the auxiliary project folder. So I copied SpellingStatus.xml from the parent project folder into the auxiliary project folder and restarted PT. Now the misspelled words in the auxiliary project are marked correctly.

However, it would be ideal, for my purposes, if SpellingStatus.xml were automatically updated for the auxiliary project whenever it is updated for the parent project. Is there a way to make this happen? Or do I need to manually copy the file whenever I want it to be updated? Or is there a better way to do what I want to do? Thanks.
