當無法連線至伺服器以執行 Paratext Live 會議時，我們該怎麼辦？

我們能夠正常進行傳送與接收（Send/Receive），但當我們嘗試啟動 PT Live 會議時，會出現以下對話框。

Paratext 無法連線至網際網路伺服器，或已失去與網際網路伺服器的連線。

我們目前使用的是 PT 9.4。

當我們嘗試在次要伺服器上執行時，系統提示可能存在防火牆問題。但我們並未啟用防火牆，而且在此之前，Live 會議一直運作正常。

伺服器上的安全憑證已過期，我們剛完成更新。

主要和次要的 PTLive 伺服器現在應該都能正常運作了。

針對「當無法連線至 Live 伺服器時該怎麼辦」這個問題，最基本的選擇是暫時使用其他程式（如 Zoom、WhatsApp、Google Meet 等）來共享螢幕。John 指出了近期故障的原因，希望問題已獲解決；但當系統無法運作時，您至少應該能夠檢視其中一位使用者的螢幕，然後執行傳送與接收（S/R）。這並非理想方案，但是一個可行的選項。

Paratext not able to connect to the DBL server 19 June 2018
As of 9:18am ICT on 19 June 2018, Paratext is giving a message saying that it is not able to connect to DBL server.
