Paratext not able to connect to the DBL server 19 June 2018

As of 9:18am ICT on 19 June 2018, Paratext is giving a message saying that it is not able to connect to DBL server.

It is working now, but it was not working for a large part of
yesterday’s working day for us here in south east asia.

@MSEAIT/LT the current instance of the DBL server sometimes gets overloaded or is down for maintainance. Glad it’s back up for you now.
